I feel very blessed to be able to have followed my soul's purpose from an early age. I grew up understanding the benefit of eating high quality food, valuing the importance of preventative medicine, and exploring my passion for healing. This all led me to stumble upon an acupuncture school near my hometown, where I immediately felt a strong connection to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I have had my own experiences of personal healing by way of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and have integrated the foundational theories of this powerful model of medicine into my daily life. I don't just preach these principles, I live them. I have found such joy, empowerment, and gratitude for life through this path, and spend my days sharing those gifts with my clients.

Licensed Acupuncturist

I have always been naturally drawn to holistic healing since I was young so pretty quickly, I found myself pursuing this profession right out of high school. Through my own physical and mental health struggles I have first-hand experience with how life-changing this medicine is and am eager to share my knowledge and expertise with all my future patients!

My passion is women’s health & wellness and fertility. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors, hanging out with friends and family, watching documentaries, cooking, thrifting, and picking up new hobbies/DIY projects.

Registered Dietitian and Functional Nutrition Practitioner

Drawing on functional lab testing and evidence-based nutrition, Anabelle helps her clients uncover hidden imbalances that are often overlooked in conventional fertility care. With a warm, holistic, and balanced approach, Anabelle guides women to build a strong foundation for conception and a healthy pregnancy. She believes that every woman deserves to feel empowered and supported on her fertility journey—and that real healing begins when we look beyond hormones to the root causes. Anabelle lives outside Philadelphia with her husband (and high school sweetheart), her two energetic toddlers (#boymom), and many many plants.

Licensed Acupuncturist

I committed my life to practicing Chinese medicine 15 years ago, after my experiences with acupuncture showed me how powerful a tool it is for many health conditions. Acupuncture and herbal medicine have since become a monumental part of both my professional and personal life. I love sharing these profound health benefits with others so they, too, can experience the healing that Chinese medicine brings.

Office & Operations Manager

Whether she's in or out of the office, she loves to help things run behind the scenes and keep things moving smoothly! She is a former patient turned employee who began getting treatment at Connected Healing in 2022, and is an Acupuncture student at the Midwest College of Acupuncture + Herbal Medicine pursuing her degree and licensure, graduating September 2026. She's a Reiki Master Teacher who enjoys spending time outside, swimming, ceramics, and traveling with her husband David.

Patient Care Coordinator

Ashley is one of our Patient Care Coordinators. You'll see her smiling face when you come into the clinic on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. She’s here to make sure your experience is seamless and to help you with whatever you need! Ashley moved to Oak Creek in the summer of 2023, and lives with her mom and brother. She shares, "I’ve wanted to work a receptionist role in a private clinic like this ever since I was young. Because of health struggles both my mom and I face, I am familiar with and value the benefits of alternative healing modalities." In her spare time, Ashley enjoys embroidery, drawing, reading and baking.

Patient Care Coordinator

Lizzie is one of our Patient Care Coordinators. She is thrilled to be part of the Connected Healing team! With a background in behavioral health management and education, Lizzie brings deep commitment to creating supportive and compassionate spaces for all. “I believe healing is a holistic process, and I’m passionate about creating a space where others can reconnect with themselves through both grounded experiences and soulful insight.” Lizzie is excited to exude warmth, organization, and genuine care to every interaction.
Outside of work, Lizzie enjoys making music on the drums, creating art, and is currently studying Ancient and Modern Spiritualism at Morris Pratt—a journey that inspires her approach to wellness and connection.

Administrative Assistant

Zahra is our Administrative Assistant and excited to be a part of the Connected Healing team! She has a background in healthcare as a medical assistant and decided to shift gears to suit her goals and strengths in healthcare administration. Zahra is passionate about providing the best support behind the scenes to ensure everyone will find the highest quality of care here at Connected Healing. Outside of work, Zahra loves spending time with her cat Billie, going on walks, and exploring the food scene in Milwaukee and beyond.
