I started to try to conceive when I was 26 years old. I was trying for about 6 months before I was diagnosed with PCOS by my primary doctor. After I was diagnosed with PCOS I changed my eating habits and lifestyle to be PCOS friendly. After about 8 months of trying to get pregnant I started acupuncture. I continued to try to conceive while getting acupuncture weekly. I am now 28 years old and currently 33 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby! I have been getting acupuncture now for a year and 4 months. I truly believe acupuncture helped me get and stay pregnant. It has also helped me while I am pregnant with my pregnancy symptoms and relaxation. I would highly recommend acupuncture for anyone who is pregnant or actively trying to conceive.
